Interest subsidy Scheme to  Ex-Servicemen for Self Employment 

 Ex-Servicemen taking loan for their self employment venture from any Nationalised/ Scheduled and Co-operative banks are given interest subsidy for a loan amount up to Rs.1 lakhs for a period of 3 years.  The rate of interest subsidy will be 50% of interest charged by the bank for Ist year, 2/3 of 50% of interest in second year and 1/3 of 50% of interest in 3rd year.

Eligibility

  • All Ex-Servicemen other than who had left in service on disciplinary grounds who wish to start any self employment venture
  • Widows of soldiers
